Caravans has a Leader, and a Council to help make the decisions concerning the running of the caravan. The Leader's word is law.

Positions of Council include the following;
- Caravan Master (Leader)
- Trail Master (Caravans Second)
- First Sword
- First Shield
- Enforcer
- Some Commanders

Other positions include;
- Wagon Master
- Herd Master
- Animal Master
- Out Riders
- Wagoneers
- Slave Co-ordinator
- and other positions as they need be

Each position's duties will be discussed by the founding Members.

As this is a new Home, all positions are probationary for 3 months and will be reviewed from time to time.

Specific details of how caravans will function will be developed by the people involved in the coming days and weeks.
